What is Occupational Therapy?

“Occupational Therapy (OT) is about the activities we do each day, what brings us joy, and the journey to becoming you.”

Paediatric OT helps children and young people build the skills for play, school, self-care and everyday independence.

Simone Gabriele

Simone began her career in early intervention, then moved into neurodevelopmental community services, where she led teams and supervised new OTs.

Her practice is strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming, with your child at the centre. She believes therapy should be fun, engaging and practical for busy families.

Simone founded Follow Me Therapy and runs it herself, so the therapist you meet at the start is the one who works with your child every session.
